Workbook

Here is an example Excel workbook that illustrates the mySelfQuantifier system. This sheet was last updated on 2025-07-08. When you open the workbook Excel seems to default to the Summaries sheet. But it’s in the first sheet, the Log sheet, that you spend your time.

NB:

  • This sheet contains additional columns that are not described in the video or this website (such as 4 link sheets that you garner using Hookmark.) There are comments in the header row of each column of the Log sheet explaining it. Just catch me on Mastodon or X if you have questions.
  • This is only an example. The log sheet does not contain real data.
  • There are Excel comments in the cells of many of the header rows.
  • The log sheet also includes a Comments column to explain some of the abbreviations in the sheet.
  • See the upcoming Help page and screencasts.
  • Tested using MS Excel for Mac 2011.
  • Only one day is logged.
