You’re Luckier than You Think

if I could fork myself, I would write a post on the role of luck in personal success. However, I can’t.

I love the core metaphor. When the wind is at your back, you quickly forget about it. When it is in your face, it remains right there, in your face. So it is with luck.

This has important implications for causal reasoning, empathy, and learning.
